Introduction

Nike used Chitose Abe's fashion label on Sacai x VaporWaffle'Dark Iris'. The retro-inspired structure of this shoe combines elements of Pegaus 83 and Vaporfly. It is made of nylon, suede and leather, and is made of deep iris and campfire orange. The double Swoosh brand logo marks the sidewalls, the double laces and tongue add beauty, and the heel patch includes co-branding. The split foam midsole at the bottom of the foot provides cushioning and contrast, giving way to the rubber waffle outsole to provide traction.
