Introduction

Sacai and Nike teamed up to create the Sacai x LDWaffle "Varsity Blue", which debuted the Sacai SP19 runway shoe at Paris Fashion Week. The hybrid appearance combines Waffle Daybreak and LDV, resulting in two of the following: Swooshes, tongues, heels, eyelets and laces. Varsity Red, Del Sol and Varsity Blue uppers are made of a mixture of suede, leather and mesh, while underfoot, the midsole includes an extension that extends to the heel. The waffle outsole provides traction, and Nike and Sacai are printed on the heel and insole.
